In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers after purchase, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience throughout the after-sales journey.\nIf you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and making a real difference to the customer experience, this could be the role for you. If this sounds like you, we would be happy to hear from you!\n\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES \nProvide comprehensive after-sales support to German- and English-speaking customers.\nHandle customer enquiries and follow up on requests in a timely and professional manner.\nCoordinate logistics-related tasks and liaise with internal teams.\nManage customer claims and complaints, keeping accurate records of interactions and actions taken.\nCollaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient daily workflows.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of our after-sales service standards and customer experience.\nWork on public holidays (except Christmas and Easter);
