This is a hands-on operational role focused on planning installation activities, coordinating installation teams, communicating with clients, and resolving technical or organizational issues. You will help ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and according to the expected quality standards. You will report directly to the Service Operations Team Lead and collaborate with installation teams, clients, internal colleagues, suppliers, and external partners.\nYOUR MISSION\nYour mission is to ensure the smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery of installation services-from initial planning through project completion. You will coordinate workloads, monitor progress, maintain clear communication between all parties, and proactively address issues that could affect deadlines, quality, costs, or customer satisfaction.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES \nPlan and organize wooden house installation services, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.\nPrepare and adjust installation plans according to client needs, project schedules, and technical requirements.\nMaintain continuous communication with installation teams to support the smooth execution of work.\nCoordinate installation activities across different Pineca Group markets when required.\nAct as a key point of contact for installation-related questions and updates.\nCommunicate with end clients regarding installation plans, progress, changes, and arising issues.\nEnsure that all relevant parties have clear and up-to-date information throughout the installation process.\nProactively identify risks, delays, resource constraints, and other potential obstacles.\nHandle challenging situations calmly, professionally, and solution-orientedly.\nWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED\nExperience in installation services, construction, project coordination, customer service, operations, or a similar role.\nStrong planning, coordination, and time-management skills.\nThe ability to manage several installation projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.\nA practical and structured approach to solving technical and organizational problems.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with installers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.\nConfidence in handling challenging situations and making timely, well-considered decisions.\nCommercial awareness and an understanding of how operational decisions affect costs and profitability.\nA responsible, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.\nThe flexibility to support projects and teams across different markets.\nEnglish and French proficiency sufficient for effective professional communication.\nExperience with wooden buildings, construction, assembly, or technical services is a strong advantage.\nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?\nCompetitive salary: EUR 2,200 -
