Pine Cove is looking for a part-time Content Coordinator to handle our various platforms curated to connect with current customers and alumni.These platforms include our weekly Inside the Cove email, our monthly staff alumni email, LinkedIn, and our social media channels on Instagram. Specific areas include: editorial planning, content creation, email approvals, and process management. This position exemplifies the core values of Pine Cove by being Christ-centered, others-focused, and seriously fun.\nJob Description:\nJob Responsibilities\nLead editorial planning and content creation for Inside the Cove weekly email and monthly staff alumni email newsletter.\n\nCoordinate marketing and resource email approvals.\n\nOversee and manage Pine Cove’s LinkedIn page.\n\nOversee the content creation, posting, and monitoring of our social media channels including @pinecovestaff and @pinecovealumni.\n\nResponsible for other tasks as directed.\n\nJob Qualifications\nAgrees with and exhibits behaviors in accordance with the Pine Cove Statement of Faith\n\nMaintain compliance with all Pine Cove policies and procedures during employment including the Staff Policy Handbook\n\nMaintain compliance with all state and federal laws\n\nMust establish and maintain professional working relationships with employees, managers, and external constituents, including demonstrating consistent Speed of Trust behaviors\n\nIs self-motivated with a desire to serve and do all things with excellence\n\nAdjusts to changes in environment or schedule while maintaining a joyful attitude\n\nPossess current driver’s license and able to drive company vehicles as needed\n\nBachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred\n\nMinimum of 1 year experience in a related field\n\nExperience with digital content publishing platforms like WordPress is helpful, but not required\n\nExcellent writing skills including spelling and grammar.\n\nAble to write emails that are short, punchy, in Pine Cove’s style and tone\n\nFamiliar with Digital software and able to pick up new software systems quickly and easily\n\nAble to keep multiple different pieces of content moving forward at the same time.\n\nPine Cove exists to be used by God to transform the lives of people for His purposes and His glory!
