You will model stochastic environments, optimize decision-making under latency constraints, and study market dynamics.\nFast Iteration & Hypothesis Testing: Rapidly test and deploy execution models in production with tight feedback loops.\nLead & Build the Team: Direct, mentor, and scale up a world class team of Researchers while closely collaborating with Engineers and Research Analytics to turn strategy ideas into robust production systems.\nWho we are looking for\nStrong Quantitative & Modeling Background: Deep expertise in Statistics, Stochastic Calculus, Machine Learning and etc.\nMarket Mechanics Interest: Strong curiosity about how complex financial markets operate.
