In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for managing sales expenses, headcount, and helping us make smart, data-driven decisions that fuel company growth. Join us and help shape the future of Ping Identity!\nWhat You'll Do\nManage expenses: Being integral part of the sales expense accrual process, collaborating directly with the team to ensure costs are captured accurately.\n\nOwn the sales budget: Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes for all global sales teams and initiatives.\n\nReconcile with precision: Dive into the details, meticulously reconciling budget vs. actuals and providing clear insights into spending trends.\n\nProcess Improvement: Drive reporting consistency and simplification, streamlining how we track sales performance metrics and operational spend.\n\nLeverage Anaplan: Use Anaplan for all reporting, tracking, and analysis, helping to build a single source of truth for sales headcount and financials.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on expenses and headcount.\n\nA strong accounting foundation, with hands-on experience in managing accruals and expense recognition.\n\nStrong experience with budget vs. actual reconciliation, financial reporting, and forecasting.\n\nDirect experience with Anaplan for financial reporting and planning.\n\nYou are an expert with Excel and comfortable building robust financial models.\n\nYou have a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\nSalary Range: $80,000-$86,000\nIn accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above.
