We have mature yet lightweight processes around feature planning, defect tracking, and workload balance.\n\nJob Functions:\nReview software requirements and specifications to understand functionality, scope, and potential risks.\nDesign, write, and execute manual test cases for complex features, ensuring test coverage, stability, and regression validation.\nSet up and configure test environments for both mobile applications and server-side components to ensure accurate and efficient testing.\nCommunicate effectively with developers, QA team members, product managers, and automation engineers to understand requirements, discuss issues, and ensure alignment with QA best practices.\nVerify and validate defect fixes to ensure issues are properly resolved.\nIdentify, document, and report defects using test management tools.\nSkills and competencies\nTechnical requirements:\nBackground of technical work experience in previous jobs / military\nFamiliar with basic QA methodologies - A must\nWorked in a client-server environment - An advantage\nFamiliar with cloud based systems - An advantage\nFamiliarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira) - An advantage\nHigh level of English written and spoken - A must\nPersonality requirements:\nAbility to work on multiple projects\nA highly motivated person with great interpersonal skills\nGreat team player\nProactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn\nBase Hiring Range: \nIn accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above.
