Experience with Flexera FNMS (FlexNet Manager Suite).\nDescription\nEvanhoe is seeking an Application Systems Analyst II who is an experienced IT professional responsible for analyzing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise business applications. This role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective technology solutions. The Application Systems Analyst II performs system analysis, application configuration, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and production support while contributing to application enhancements and process improvements.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nTypical Responsibilities/Tasks:\nAnalyze, support, and maintain enterprise business applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned applications and business units.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues, system errors, and performance problems.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.\nProvide Tier II application support to end users.\nCoordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.\nMonitor application health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools.\nConfigure and maintain enterprise applications based on business requirements.\nSupport application deployments, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.\nParticipate in software implementation and system integration projects.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and/or custom applications.\nExperience troubleshooting application and system issues.\nWorking knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nDesired Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree\nActive DOD clearance\nExperience supporting Federal Government or public sector IT environments.\nExperience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, or other enterprise platforms.\nExperience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.\nSalary Range: $74,500 - 104,000.\nThe pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
