This role supports ongoing operations and enhancement of SharePoint environments and related workflow/reporting capabilities while maintaining documentation and compliance with applicable governance.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nAdminister and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, hub sites, team sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, storage management, and site architecture to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable collaboration services.\nEstablish and enforce SharePoint governance standards, content management practices, and access controls to maintain data integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational policies and best practices.\nDesign, develop, and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI integrations, to streamline business processes, automate tasks, and improve operational efficiency.\nTroubleshoot and resolve SharePoint, Power Platform, and user-related issues, including access permissions, synchronization problems, workflow failures, storage constraints, and integration challenges, coordinating with enterprise administrators and technical teams as required.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement enhancements, provide user training and support, and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational artifacts to promote effective information sharing and user adoption.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nClearance Requirements: Must have active Top Secret (TS) clearance.\nTravel may be required for position.\nExperience with access control/permission governance; working knowledge of Power Platform and GCC/GCC High constraints; basic JSON familiarity helpful.\nDesired Qualifications\nCertification Requirements: Microsoft PL-200 / PL-300 / PL-900 (preferred but not required).\nExperience supporting DAF or AFOSI mission applications and users.\nAbout PingWind\nPingWind has extensive experience in the fields of cybersecurity, development, IT infrastructure, supply chain management and other professional services such as system design and continuous improvement.
