Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting or managing Army logistics operations.\nPosition Description\nPingWind is seeking a Program Manager to provide direct leadership and oversight of all contract personnel and ensures work is performed in accordance with the contract’s Performance Work Statement (PWS), applicable Federal regulations, contract requirements, established quality standards, and Government expectations. The PM is responsible for coordinating geographically dispersed personnel and maintaining effective communication between the Government, corporate leadership, subcontractors, and the contract workforce.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nTypical Responsibilities/Tasks:\nServe as the single POC for the Government and primary interface for all contractual, operational, personnel, and performance matters.\nExercise full management authority over contract operations and assigned personnel.\nManage contract performance to ensure all PWS requirements, deliverables, schedules, and performance standards are achieved.\nDirect and oversee all contract personnel, including employees working across geographically dispersed locations.\nDevelop and maintain effective staffing, workforce management, and resource allocation strategies.\nMonitor employee and team performance and implement corrective actions when performance deficiencies are identified.\nMaintain effective communication and coordination with Government leadership, Contracting Officer representatives, operational stakeholders, corporate management, and subcontractors.\nEnsure compliance with applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), contractual requirements, policies, and procedures.\nOversee implementation and execution of the contract's Quality Control Program, including performance monitoring, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.\nManage Government deliverables, reports, schedules, meetings, action items, and other contractual requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements applicable to Federal and Department of Defense contracts.\nExpertise in Government contract and program management.\nStrong understanding of Army logistics operations and requirements.\nDesired Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMilitary Experience preferred\nAbout PingWind\nPingWind is focused on delivering outstanding services to the federal government.
