This is a global role with one of the key aspects being the monitoring and response to incoming information and alerts from intelligence sources and security systems. You will be responsible for the management and administration of various security systems, reporting tools and databases. The operative will ensure that tactical intelligence and crisis management support is delivered in a timely and accurate manner using the appropriate security communication methodology\nResponsibilities\nRepresent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.\nMonitoring of CCTV & Access control alarms of sites in CCURE 9000\nMonitoring and management of Access control System\nMaintain the Inventory of all the equipment involved in SOC\nTo ensure AMCs are in place with respect to Security equipment and periodic preventive maintenance carried out for the same.\nMonitoring all the security gadgets and raise ticket for rectification and follow through.\nSupport to be extended by generating the ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM reports while investigation and when required. \nProcessing of Photo ID badges, verifying the appropriate requisition forms and email communication.\nUpdating of Lost permanent/ damaged/resigned ID badges data\nBadge shredding database\nPrepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Security reports.\nAll other duties, as assigned.\nQualifications\nGraduate with two plus year experience into GSOC role with experience into CCURE access control.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\nAttentive to meticulous detail and accurate documentation\nAble to remain composed under pressure.\nServe as a positive team player\nAble to make appropriate decisions under pressure/stress.\nSelf-motivated and proactive attitude.\nAble to adapt as the external environment and organization evolve.\nAble to effectively interact with other departments and varying levels of management.\nAble to prioritize workload based on urgency.\nEfficient time management skills.\nMaintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive
