This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and quick decision-making are critical.\nResponsibilities\nRepresent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.\nConduct regular monitoring of world events through open-source intelligence, social media platforms, and client-specific intelligence gathering tools to identify potential threats to employees, company assets, and reputation.\nMonitor badge usage for irregularities or potential security breaches.\nRegister and monitor visitors to ensure authorization and escorting as required\nEscalate incidents related to employee welfare, global incidents, operational issues, and critical situations to security management.\nMaintain detailed logs of incidents and actions taken.\nOperate and monitor security systems including CCTV cameras, alarms, and related equipment.\nAssist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.\nDevelop training programs for new operators to enhance skills and knowledge.\nPrepare weekly and monthly reports on badging, consumables, shipment activities, security system performance, access control activities, and project progress.\nProvide support during crisis situations by disseminating information and coordinating responses.\nConduct regular system checks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.\nLiaise with external agencies during major incidents or emergencies as needed.\nSupport various internal and external auditing requirements by providing necessary documentation.\nAll other duties, as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered. Additional certification in security or related field is preferred.Previous experience in a security operations center or similar environment is an advantage.
