This role serves as the first escalation point for security incidents, manages GSOC personnel, and supports both physical and cybersecurity operations.\nResponsibilities\nRepresent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.\nSupervise and coordinate GSOC operators to ensure 24/7 monitoring and coverage of company facilities, networks, and personnel.\nOversee real-time incident detection, verification, assessment, and escalation according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nServe as the primary escalation point for incidents and coordinate responses with internal security teams and external law enforcement or emergency services when needed.\nConduct performance reviews, schedule management, and training for GSOC staff.\nMaintain accurate documentation and reporting of incidents, alerts, and operational activities.\nSupport development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and protocols.\nParticipate in risk assessments, threat analysis, and crisis management planning.\nEnsure GSOC systems and technologies (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, SOC platforms) are operational and up to date.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization, staff training, and technology enhancements.\nAll other duties, as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Information Security, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in security operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of physical and cybersecurity principles. Experience with monitoring technologies, incident management systems, and reporting tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies efficiently.
