The specialist will collaborate with various departments to drive and support technological initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nRepresent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.\nDiagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues promptly.\nManage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure they align with company standards and objectives.\nDeploy and oversee Azure Cloud-based infrastructure solutions.\nImplement security protocols and monitor infrastructure to safeguard organizational data.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance IT solutions.\nMaintain thorough documentation of technical systems, processes, and procedures.\nAll other duties, as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a closely related role. Expertise in systems and network administration. Proven experience in managing Azure Cloud and utilizing virtualization services.
