Position assists internal and external customers, as needed.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:\nProcesses invoice and vendor data ensuring that there are no discrepancies or errors.\nDaily check review and processing across multiple charters.\nResearches statements, invoices, and payments. Assists with AP Audits and 1099 reporting.\nAssists multiple departments with data review, research, and reconciliation. \nRotates front desk and administrative assistant duties. \nProvides telephone customer service and support for external and internal customers regarding inquiries and problem resolution.\nProvides full customer service in a broad variety of duties. \nAbility to maintain regular and reliable attendance.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:\nKnowledge of Fiserv Premier preferred. \nHigh attention to detail and ability to process data with a high degree of accuracy.\nKnowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and exhibits strong organizational skills.\nKnowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and email software.\nSkill in operating computers, phones, and printers.\nAbility to communicate effectively with managers, customers, and coworkers.\nKnowledge of general banking principles and banking regulations and a willingness to participate in educational opportunities.\nAbility to exhibit precision and effectiveness in a high-speed setting.\nAbility to work under pressure meeting critical deadlines and have multitask abilities.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nHigh school graduate or equivalent.\nAccounting and bank experience is preferred.\nMust have prior balancing/reconcilement experience and be familiar with internal general ledger systems.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: \nNOTE: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
