Basic knowledge of all banking regulations applicable to the job function and of all bank policies and procedures.\nKnowledge and expertise in all deposit account products and services, so that sufficient time and effort can be placed in the consumer credit underwriting and loan approval process.\nKnowledge of sales and marketing practices and principles.\nSkill in problem solving.\nSkill in operating computer terminals and printers, back counter capture machine, coin machine and copier. \nSkills in effectively listening to customers and making appropriate referrals\nAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality.\nAbility to ensure that appropriate efficiency, accuracy, and customer service is provided to customers to ensure that the bank’s goals of meeting the customers' needs is being met.\nAbility to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to function as a team player.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nHigh school graduate or equivalent. \nPrefer 3 - 5 years related banking experience.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\n\nSeeing: 75-100%:\nMust be able to greet customers read documents, use computer\n\nHearing: 75-100%\nMust be able to communicate with customers and co-workers\n\nStanding/Walking: 75-100%\nMust be able to visit customer\n\nLifting/Pulling/Pushing: 25-49%\n\nClimbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 25-49%\n\nFingering/ Grasping/Feeling: 75-100%\nMust be able to use computer, write\n\n PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS:\nMedium Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.\nNOTE: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level or work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
