Cross sells banking services to new and existing customers.\nPrepares reports for Management.\nAbility to manage a portfolio of loan accounts and assist with preparation for loan committee.\nCompletes required trainings.\nAttends customer or bank sponsored events and actively builds relationships.\nPerforms other duties as assigned by management.\nRegular and reliable attendance.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:\nKnowledge of bank operations, products, and policies. \nKnowledge of lending practices and principles.\nKnowledge of sales and marketing practices and principles\nSkill in communicating with co-workers, customers, and management in a courteous and professional manner.\nSkill in problem solving.\nSkill to make sound decisions.\nAbility to work within strict time constraints and a handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality.\nAbility to function as a team player.\nAbility to take initiative to self-start tasks and projects. \n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nCollege degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related area.\n\nBENEFITS:\nBenefits for employees working at least 35 hours per week include 8 paid holidays; 17 PTO days each year for the first five years of employment (employees must complete 90-day introductory period prior to accruing PTO); 16 hours of paid sick time upon hire date; health, dental, prescription drug card, vision, and voluntary life insurance plans; health savings account with employer contributions; flexible medical and dependent care spending plans; 401K plan after 3 months and start of next quarter with employer contributions and profit sharing; $50,000 group term life insurance; long term disability insurance and employee assistance program.
