Overseess growth and success.\nMarkets and coordinates treasury management products as defined by Executive Management.\nAssists with the research, development, and implementation of treasury management products and services.\nAssists commercial loan officers with new client prospects.\nResponsible for department budget, setting goals and objectives.\nTravels between branches and to meet customers.\nIf applicable, supervise treasury management assistant.\nPerforms other duties as assigned by management.\nRegular and reliable attendance.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:\nKnowledge of treasury management products, sales, and compliance.\nKnowledge of management practices and principles.\nKnowledge of ITI system, Word, Excel, and treasury management software.\nSkill in communicating and coordinating activities with management, customers, coworkers, and vendors. Communication must be timely and strong.\nAbility to develop a strong sales and service-based culture.\nAbility to research and develop new products and techniques.\nAbility to travel.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent work experience, college degree preferred.\nFive or more years of bank and cash management experience with sales preferred.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\n\nNOTE: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level or work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
