This role coordinates all aspects of onboarding, including documentation, compliance, orientation, and integration, while collaborating with various departments to support new hires and organizational objectives.\nJOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCoordinate and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new team members;\nDevelop and implement onboarding strategies to ensure a smooth and efficient transition;\nManage onboarding documentation, compliance requirements, and system access;\nCollaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to facilitate training, orientation, and integration;\nMonitor onboarding progress and address any issues or delays;\nProvide guidance and support to new employees throughout the onboarding period;\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements; prepare onboarding reports and metrics for management;\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and innovation;\nMeet all the client's financial needs, both business and personal, and refer clients to other specialty areas such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc. as appropriate.\nFoster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the onboarding team.\nProvide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone. Respond to client inquiries and satisfactorily resolve client issues.\nSupport firm-wide achievement of the three-ring standard (all phones answered by a live person within three rings).\nEach team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.\nMeet all the client's financial needs, both business and personal, and refer clients to other specialty areas such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc. as appropriate.\nAssist other team members as needed to ensure delivery of distinctive service.\nPerforms other related duties as required.\nThe information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification. It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job\nRequirements\nMinimum Education: High school diploma required.\nMinimum Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in human resources, learning development or financial services.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nExcellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nExperience with onboarding systems and process improvement.\nPossess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients and colleagues.\nTact and diplomacy in dealing with both business partners, clients, and team members.\nThe physical activities of this job include but are not limited to the ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time, use of manual dexterity, verbal communication, visual acuity, repetitive motion, and the ability to hear. Often long periods of mental concentration are required.
