for quarterly supplier management review with program & client leadership\nSupport supplier scorecard meetings and prepare supporting materials (performance analysis, messaging, meeting scheduling, & compilation scorecard PDFs)\nReview requisition distribution (review of opportunities sent, cadenced review of distribution lists, explore further optimization, & alignment to program goals)\nSupport supplier scorecard access and rollout to MSP customers\nSupport internal & client supplier summits\nSupport vetting & onboarding of new suppliers\nSupport compliance audits and discussions with suppliers\nTrack and follow-up on action items from supplier meetings\nTrack and support new supplier performance reporting requests\nMaintain the Pinnacle Supplier Portal for diversity statuses and points-of-contact and ensure client VMS environments are aligned\nCollect information from internal & external stakeholders to gather a full understanding of problems at hand, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to remediate the situation\nAbility to understand the situation and audience at hand to communicate effectively\nProvide outstanding customer service and responsiveness to suppliers, internal stakeholders, and clients\nREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree with a major in a business discipline (Business Analytics is preferred)\n0-2 years of relevant work experience\nPrevious customer service experience\nIntermediate to advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills\nDemonstrated curiosity to analyze data & identify opportunities/trends\nUnderstanding of relational databases and experience creating basic reports & dashboards in Tableau (or equivalent) are a plus\nPrevious staffing industry experience is a
