If you show up prepared, take ownership of your craft, and want to grow alongside a team that holds itself to high standards, we'd love to meet you.\nPinnacle Live is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where every team member can thrive.\nJob Summary\nThe Event Services Technician is responsible for assisting with the floor operations, including setup, strike and operation of technology solutions in a hotel or hospitality environment with a focus on delivering unmatched customer service to our guests and clients.\nEssential Functions\nEnsure all event sets and strikes are completed according to Company SOPs.\nGreet guests/clients before event and provide clear instructions on how to operate equipment.\nProvide continued communication with client to ensure success of all events\nFollows through on all client requests\nLook for opportunities to enhance client’s event\nMaintain accurate client event information within the Company’s business systems\nReview daily invoices with client and obtain client’s signature on invoice(s)\nComply with all Company security and safety measures and is constantly aware of the property inventory and location of equipment and ensures inventory is secure from theft and /or damage\nEnsure all inventory is in good working order and rental condition\nEnsure any lost stolen or damaged equipment is immediately reported to management.\nEnsure inventory is secure from theft and/or damage.\nMake sure all Company occupied areas are clean, organized, and up to Company standards\nContinually work toward enhancing and improving technical skills to include audio, video/data, staging and computer operation and networking.\nComply with all Company policies and procedures\nOther duties as assigned.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nNone\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Graduate or equivalent\nPrior exposure to audiovisual and/or hospitality industry\nComputer proficiency (hardware, software and networking)\nRequired Skills & Knowledge\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
