This role combines sales, account management, and project coordination, with responsibility for guiding client projects from initial inquiry through delivery.\nResponsibilities\nMeet or exceed monthly sales goals.\nDevelop new business and grow existing client accounts.\nRespond to web leads, LiveChat, and phone inquiries.\nRecommend branded merchandise solutions based on client needs, budget, and timeline.\nManage projects from quoting and order placement through production and delivery.\nCommunicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track.\nResolve customer issues quickly and professionally.\nCreate Ideakits™ and product recommendations for clients.\nMaintain accurate activity and account information in Salesforce and our order management system.\nManage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nRequirements\nRequirements\n2+ years of sales or account management experience.\nStrong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nSelf-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.\nBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.\nBenefits\n$45,000-$55,000 salary + commission\nHealth, dental, and vision benefits\nGenerous PTO and paid holidays\nShort- and long-term disability\nSIMPLE IRA\nFun, progressive work environment\nSeeking local candidates only.
