You’ll work directly with some of our key advertisers as a trusted consultant to their business. Your strategic advice, analytical skills and sales skills are core to bringing to life the value we deliver as a platform.\nWe invite passionate candidates to join our US Enterprise Sales team, where we have open positions across several business sectors, in various locations. Submit your resume once, and it will be considered by multiple hiring teams.\nWhat you'll do:\nManage and grow client accounts, collaborating with partners to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities.\nTranslate partner goals and data into clear, actionable insights for effective media strategies.\nAdvise clients on Pinterest ad products, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement best practices.\nParticipate in client meetings to understand needs, solve challenges, and promote Pinterest solutions.\nClearly explain complex products and processes, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and agencies.\nBuild strong partner relationships and proactively expand opportunities to drive revenue growth.\nWhat we're looking for:\nExperience in digital advertising sales, preferably with performance advertisers.\nDemonstrates curiosity and a willingness to explore AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity, including campaign setup, performance reporting, client communications, and research. Leverages AI to work more efficiently, whether it's streamlining optimizations, preparing for client meetings, or surfacing insights from campaign data, while maintaining attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy.\nProven ability to manage mutually beneficial client accounts independently.\nStrong knowledge of digital ad technologies across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social.\nEffective at managing multiple priorities and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication; skilled at building lasting partnerships.\nBachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nIn-Office Requirement Statement:\nWe recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments.
