You’ll concept, collaborate, and execute on a broad range of creative briefs from our world class Marketing team. The role requires passion for developing exceptional creative solutions and scalable design thinking.\nWhat you’ll do:\nEvolve and elevate Pinterest’s performance creative across social and digital touchpoints\nCreate high-impact, globally recognized creative solutions that drive the business forward. Deliver work that demonstrates excellence both for the Pinterest brand and the industry at large. \nIterate quickly and communicate ideas across various levels of fidelity, with the ability to receive feedback constructively as well as provide feedback to others.\nSingle-handedly develop pixel-perfect graphic assets.\nBe a source of inspiration for the House of Creative more broadly. You will collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, producers, and marketers to shepherd the brand forward.\nPresent and articulate the thinking behind your work to key stakeholders, creative directors and team members.\nCraft compelling visual stories, using key insights to “sell” in visual concepts and make our message as powerful and influential as possible.\nLeverage all available AI tools to assist and optimize your existing workflow-from prompt engineering for static and motion assets to generating AI VO and AI music.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nMinimum 3 years of experience with performance marketing or digital advertising. You are an insights-driven thinker with the ability to think beyond the pixels-designing story-based creative while keeping key insights and test data top of mind.\nPassion for developing thoughtful design solutions that create a huge impact.\nExceptional attention to detail. You are a master of craft, composition, layout, imagery, typography, color and pacing.\nStrong sense of concept within static and motion assets\nA book of work with examples of outstanding digital and social creative.\nYou are on top of current design and cultural trends, following the latest news in design, music, art, fashion, AI, and tech.\nEnthusiasm for taking on new opportunities. You push the boundaries and are excited by the possibilities offered by an ambiguous brief.\nA talent for articulating ideas and presenting your work.\nYou’re constantly looking at how to improve process and workflow, leaning on AI where necessary.\nYou have excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.\nExperience working quickly and efficiently. You have the ability to address and prioritize multiple projects at once.\nExcellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of inspiring others to achieve their best work.\nA strong collaborator: a hands-on designer with deep experience working with partners from concept to delivery.\nMaster of design tools.
