As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll work with a variety of Tier 1 clients across Pinterest products (Enterprise, Adtech, Shopping, Growth, etc.) to define and build scalable partner solutions, helping hundreds of millions of people find ideas and inspiration. You will be the evangelist of Pinterest’s technology stack, both internationally and domestically. \nWhat you’ll do:\nServe as the subject-matter expert on the Pinterest API and partner integrations, and the deep expert on Pinterest's business products - how to best deploy, build on, and troubleshoot them for partners\nOwn technical relationships with Tier 1 partners and Enterprise Advertisers, providing bespoke, proactive and reactive technical support through dedicated and scaled channels to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction\nProvide on-call support coverage via on-call rotation for Pinterest business solutions such as Measurement and Delivery, debugging and resolving complex, multi-system technical issues end-to-end\nDesign, build, and ship scalable, production-grade systems, tools, and solutions - including new API launches, large-scale integration builds, partner-facing SDKs, and high-impact bug fixes - that drive partner integration, product adoption, and revenue growth, partnering with Engineering on design and delivery\n - Write clean, high-quality, maintainable code for APIs, SDKs, and partner-facing tools, and conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and long-term maintainability\nArchitect and integrate end-to-end systems with clear launch-plan strategies that address partner challenges at scale\nDevelop and maintain performance and quality monitoring systems to ensure partner integrations are highly available\nDrive new product and solution development with Product and Engineering - building new products and improving existing ones by translating Tier 1 partner and Enterprise Advertiser requirements and market insights into shipped solutions and roadmap outcomes\nSurface actionable insights from product-usage metrics to improve adoption and deliver new solutions for partner needs\nDefine the tools, processes, and documentation frameworks the team operates within, and lead cross-functional initiatives that shape Pinterest's broader developer ecosystem, mentoring junior team members on technical and partner-facing work\nLead AI-driven solutions and automations across the team, identifying opportunities and shipping systems that scale support and operations\nWhat we’re looking for:\nMinimum 4 years of Solution/Partner Engineering experience or integration experience; ideally at a large consumer tech platform\nExperience leading technical partner/client calls \nExperience integrating external APIs at scale using SDK's or writing custom client code\nAbility to read and write complex scripts for data manipulation; must be familiar with a programming language such as Python or a shell scripting language\nAbility to leverage AI to enhance work quality and decisions, and champion AI experimentation within the team\nRelocation Statement:\nThis position is not eligible for relocation assistance.\nIn-Office Requirement Statement:\nWe let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style.
