\n负责投放策略研究，包括CTR/CVR预估的模型训练，升级广告匹配技术，提高广告相关度，优化CPS、CPC、CPM; \n研究广告素材与转化率之间的关联模型，优化广告素材的优选策略，智能决策广告创意，提升广告的转化效率。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、教育背景：\n计算机、数学、机器学习、数据挖掘等相关专业硕士及以上学历; \n2、经验背景：\n具有3年以上算法实践经验;\n有用户建模、CTR/CVR预估或大规模模型训练工程开发经验者优先; \n具备丰富的计算广告、自然语言处理、数据挖掘、分布式计算、推荐系统实践或研究经验者优先; \n掌握机器学习相关知识，熟悉至少一种深度学习编程框架(TensorFlow/Caffe/MXNet/xgboost)，有增强学习算法经验者优先。\n3、岗位能力：\n计算机基础扎实，精通数据结构与算法，有ACM竞赛经验者优先; \n具备良好的编程能力，熟悉Linux，熟悉Python／Lua／C／C++／Java语言中的一门或多门;
