We value your uniqueness, and it goes without saying that all applications are welcome, even if you don’t think you fit the criteria.\nIf you need any adjustments to support you with your application, just drop us an email at .\nAs a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Credit Controller to join us.\nResponsibilities include\nOwn a personal ledger within the team's shared cash collection target, proactively chasing invoices rather than just following process from very old, overdue accounts to invoices due for the first time.\nContact customers and their payment partners to confirm invoices have been received and scheduled for payment, chasing consistently in the run-up to and past the due date.\nKeep Sage fully up to date so the team always has an accurate picture of progress across the ledger.\nSolve problems as they come up by reissuing invoices, tracking down supporting contracts, requesting POs, and running claims through payment portals.\nBuild strong working relationships across finance, sales, and with customers and third-party payment processors to keep cash moving as efficiently as possible.\nRequirements\nA little bit about you.\nWe’d really like to hear from you, if you have\nExperience as a credit controller in a high-volume environment (think hundreds of invoices and customers on the go at once), motivated by hitting cash collection targets.\nA tenacious, resourceful approach to problem solving - you find a way to get things done, whatever the barriers, rather than giving up on a tricky account.\nStrong relationship-building skills across different stakeholders, from finance and sales through to customers and third parties.\nA logical, detail-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload efficiently.\nConfidence working with systems to track and manage data (Sage Intacct experience, or exposure to affiliate networks in media/advertising, is a bonus).\nBenefits\nBenefits are in line with all standard benefits associated with individuals who have the right to work in the Philippines.\nThe benefits will be confirmed by an Employer of Record (EOR), and this role will be employed via that EOR.\nWant to know more?\nCheck out our career site for everything you need to know about starting a career with Pion.\nDue to the high volume of applicants, we can only respond to shortlisted applicants.
