Just drop us an email at .\nAbout the role.\nAs a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a People Advisor to join us.\nResponsibilities include\nOwn the end-to-end new starter and leaver experience for your departments including inductions, IT set-up, probation tracking, exit interviews, and accurate people admin and payroll inputs throughout.\nAdvise managers on performance and employee relations, driving quarterly performance scoring, coaching PIPs and stretch plans and escalating formal matters to the CPO.\nBuild manager capability through coaching, refresher training, and development planning, and contribute to departmental competency and resourcing plans.\nTurn people data into insight and action for your departments by coordinating pulse surveys, producing monthly Dept Decks, monitoring absence and engagement, and finding ways to automate and improve People workflows along the way.\nRun the London office as its on-site lead, keeping the space safe, secure, and well hosted - from facilities and health & safety to bookings, events, and day-to-day operations.\nRequirements\nA little bit about you.\nWe’d really like to hear from you, if you have\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist People/HR role, comfortable owning the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding.\nConfidence in advising and coaching managers through performance, development, and employee relations conversations.\nExperience turning people data into insights that managers can actually act on.\nA hands-on, organised approach equally happy managing office facilities and hosting as you are supporting a sensitive people conversation.\nBased within easy reach of London with the flexibility to be in the Workhub one to two days a week.\nBenefits\nLife at Pion.\nLet’s take a look at a few things that make Pion an amazing place to work…\nCompetitive salary.\n30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.\nAccredited 'Great Place To Work’ company in three categories.\nCommitment to personal development and career growth, coaching workshops and progression plans.\nRemote-first working environment.
