(i.e. property inspections, lock changes, securements, winterizations and cleanouts)\nMoves and delivers office furniture, bank equipment, records boxes as needed with attention to safe lifting procedures.\nRestocks all paper products, hand soap and hand sanitizers as needed.\nCleans entrance door glass, interior glass windows and partition glass.\nUses and maintains assigned equipment and tools, such as cordless drills, shop vacuums, painting tools, brooms, etc.\nFollows instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.\nPerforms duties assigned by the Assistant Security & Facilities Management Officer to support all functions of the Facilities Department.\nQualifications & Competencies:\nHigh School Diploma required.\n5 years commercial property maintenance experience required.\nMust be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds.\nAbility to climb ladders up to 22 feet.\nAbility to operate basic power tools such as drills, reciprocating and circular saws, shop vacuums, etc.\nAbility to work cooperatively with colleagues, ability to represent Pioneer to outside businesses and/or customer contacts.\nMust be an enthusiastic, productive team player.\nMust have access to
