Shift\nAbout the role:\nThis role provides operational support across order processing, inventory coordination, customer service, RMA and warranty requests, and other order management activities, ensuring accurate and timely execution of business needs.\nJob Responsibilities:\nPurchase Order and Sample Order creation, review, release, and transmission to the warehouse for fulfillment\nInvoice inspection and timely processing\nNew SKU setup to distribution\nProactive inventory communication to OEM and International partners\nProcess RMA requests for Channel Partners\nProvide first-level support for mis-shipment and over-shipment\nSupport all International business, including special pricing, quotes, and freight estimates\nConduct open-order review and inspection and communicate with partners\nDocument all recurring procedures to ensure business continuity\nUnderstand and continually review business processes for improvement\nProactively work with the Allocation Work Group to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of the processes\nRespond to customer service inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and NetSuite cases, within determined SLAs\nPerform other relevant tasks as assigned\nJob Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field\nBackground or exposure to supply chain operations, inventory management, or logistics is an advantage\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong attention to detail\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal\nWillingness to work on a night shift schedule\nWillingness to work on a hybrid work arrangement in Silver City, Pasig City\nSkills & Competencies:\nLogical, Inventory vs. Allocation reports\nEffective coordination with the Allocation Work Group and other departments\nRecurring procedures are properly documented to support effective handover and business
