Pipe Care Group is looking for an experienced Electronics Technician who work with engineering - recommend changes in design and manufacturing procedures and to identify the source of the technical problem and suggest solution.\nKey Responsibilities & Authorities\nTo follow written and/or verbal instructions assemble products to schematics and/or design specifications using a variety of Testing equipment, hand tools including some precision soldering techniques\nTo test, troubleshoot and repair completed products and field returns as required.\nTo assemble experimental circuitry or complete prototype model according to design, engineering instructions, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components\nTo operate drills, or other machine tools to fabricate parts, such as coils or other electronics section’s related parts\nTo enter daily report in to ERP\nMold Crab, Flap, Connectors, etc.\nMaintain work areas in a neat and tidy manner in line with HSE standards,\nTo conduct pressure testing\nSoldering and Preparation of External and Internal Electronics\nWinding of Coils, Preparation of Tool Accessories\nTesting of soft wares and hardware\nMolding using MS1000\nPressure test of External Electronics and Containers\nFinal Check on Tools\nCalibration of Tools\nTesting of incoming PCBs\nPreparation for R&D and Internal Projects.\n Skills/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related field\nMinimum 3-5 years of work experience\n3Basic knowledge and experience in electronic instrumentation and measurements\nAttention to detail, quality focus\nGood experience of soldering, calibration and testing on electronic PCBs & equipment\nStress resistant\nGood verbal communication skills (in English -
