We have the second-largest fleet of intelligent In-line inspection tools & full range of pipeline diameters from 2” to 56” in the world and have designed and manufactured inspection systems utilizing the latest technologies and highly skilled people.\nJob Functions\nHandle workforce allocation to meet specific needs of project execution provided by project managers\nPlan, organize, and coordinates activities at sites.\nSelects the most appropriate workforce to conclude the task in the most efficient manner and complete project scope.\nLiaise with Project managers and Territory director on sequence of operations to maximize workforce utilization and even the workload between all personnel.\nMonitor progress periodically and compare it with the baseline planning.\nUpdate the schedule based on inputs received from project managers.\nPrepare progress reports.\nPrepares workforce utilization reports.\nAccumulate, collect and analyze data and information required for planning.
