The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving financial objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Execution\nLead the end-to-end management of EPC and Oil & Gas service projects.\nDevelop project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.\nDefine project objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones.\nEnsure effective project mobilization and execution in accordance with client and company requirements.\nMonitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.\nEnsure project completion within approved cost, schedule, and quality targets.\nClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.\nConduct project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.\nManage client expectations and address project-related issues proactively.\nSupport business development teams during proposal preparation and project handover phases.\nCommercial & Financial ManagementMonitor project budgets, costs, revenues, and profitability.\nReview contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.\nManage project invoicing, payment follow-up, and cash flow forecasting.\nIdentify opportunities for margin improvement and cost optimization.\nPrepare monthly project financial reports and forecasts.\nEvaluate and manage contractual risks and claims.\nRisk ManagementIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.\nMaintain project risk registers and contingency plans.\nProactively manage technical, commercial, operational, and HSE risks.\nEscalate critical project risks to senior management when necessary.\nEngineering & Technical CoordinationCoordinate activities among engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, commissioning, and operations teams.\nEnsure technical deliverables meet contractual requirements and industry standards.\nReview Administration is an advantage.\n Professional Certifications (Preferred)PMP (Project Management Professional)\nPRINCE2\nPMI-SP\nCertified EPC Project Management Certifications\nNEBOSH / IOSH (preferred for HSE awareness)\nExperienceSenior Project Manager\n10-15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Pipeline, Facility Construction, Industrial Projects, or Energy Services.\nLast 3 to 5 years in hands on management of EPC or Oil & Gas projects.\nProject Manager7-10 years of relevant project management experience.\nProven track record managing multidiscipline projects from award to
