PSMB is a growth equity investor currently investing out of its fourth fund. PSMB strives to help businesses grow and succeed by leveraging our firm’s knowledge, experience and relationships.\nThe Associate/Analyst can expect to work closely with the partners in Merchant Banking to make a real impact through involvement in all facets of the private equity process. Duties may include:\nCreating and iterating complex financial models\nConducting financial valuations and creating return models for potential new investments\nWorking with senior members of the Merchant Banking team to evaluate and conduct due diligence on potential new investments\nPreparing investment memoranda\nPreparing quarterly valuation reports\nPreparing quarterly and annual reports for our limited partners\nMaintaining the Merchant Banking deal pipeline and transaction records\nOur environment is collaborative, demanding, fast-paced and entrepreneurial. Compensation is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
