As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to join our team to plan, organize, and execute installation of Pipp systems at sites located throughout the United Kingdom.\nThe EngineeringManager is responsible for leading and developing a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on the design, development, and deployment of advanced mechanical systems for industrial material handling applications. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and reliable solutions that meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements.\nKey responsibilities of the Engineering Manager include\nLeading the design and development of mechanical systems for conveyors, AS/RS, robotics, and custom machinery.\nEstablishing engineering standards for design, analysis, documentation, and validation.\nReviewing and approving designs, drawings, calculations, and BOMs.\nEvaluating and integrating new technologies and materials.\nManaging, mentoring, and developing engineers, designers, and technicians.\nAllocating resources and balancing workloads to meet schedules.\nConducting performance reviews and development planning.\nPromoting accountability and continuous improvement.\nCollaborating with Operations, Manufacturing, Controls, Sales, and Supply Chain.\nSupporting sales and applications engineering.\nLeading design reviews, DFMEA, and risk assessments.\nCoordinating with suppliers and partners.\nSupporting prototypes, testing, installation, and commissioning.\nResolving manufacturing and field issues.\nDriving root-cause analysis and corrective actions.\nImproving engineering processes and documentation.\nEnsuring OSHA, and ASME compliance.\nTracking cost, quality, schedule, and reuse metrics\nMay be required to respond to phone calls, emails or texts outside of normal business hours.\nContributing to a positive work environment, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.\nMaintaining a high level of integrity and work ethic.\nMaintaining professionalism in all verbal and written communications.\nMaintaining compliance with all regulatory, safety and company policies and procedures.\nTo be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications and competencies:\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, competency and/or ability required to successfully perform the\nBachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. \n3+ years experience leading engineering teams.\nDemonstrated proficiency with 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo).\nGlobal project support experience preferred.\nExpertise in PDM Management.\nMaterial handling or warehouse automation experience preferred.\nKnowledge of mechatronics and robotics.\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without
