Working closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners, you will contribute to the evolution of our digital workplace by ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and continuous improvement of collaboration services.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, deploy, and maintain enterprise collaboration and unified communication platforms, including VoIP, video conferencing, messaging, and collaboration solutions.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize collaboration services to ensure high availability and excellent user experience.\nConfigure and administer communication platforms and technologies, including Cisco Webex, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Voice Gateways, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and related solutions.\nEnsure the security, compliance, governance, and resilience of collaboration and communication platforms.\nIntegrate collaboration technologies with enterprise applications and cloud environments.\nPerform capacity planning, performance tuning, health assessments, and continuous optimization of collaboration services.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and configuration standards.\nAutomate operational tasks and improve efficiency using Python or other scripting languages.\nSupport enterprise mobility and hybrid working initiatives through secure collaboration technologies.\nParticipate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives for communication systems.\nProvide technical support, user guidance, and knowledge sharing where required.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to deliver projects, upgrades, and continuous service improvements.\nPrepare technical specifications, evaluate vendor proposals, and contribute to technology selection processes.\nStay up to date with emerging collaboration technologies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance productivity and user experience.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (BSc, MSc).\nAt least 3 years proven experience in a Collaboration Engineering, or a similar role.\nStrong knowledge of collaboration and unified communications protocols, including SIP, RTP, and WebRTC.\nHands-on experience with Cisco collaboration technologies, including Cisco Webex, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Jabber, and Cisco Voice Gateways.\nExperience administering cloud collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.\nSolid understanding of collaboration platform security, governance, identity management, and compliance best practices.\nExperience integrating collaboration platforms with enterprise applications and cloud ecosystems.\nExperience with scripting and automation using Python or similar programming languages.\nExperience working with technology vendors, managed service providers, and service level agreements (SLAs).\nCisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or equivalent, are highly desirable. \nKnowledge of ITIL practices or other IT Service Management frameworks, is a plus.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nΕxcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.\nBenefits\nWhat's In It For You\nIn our bank it is a top priority to provide a modern work environment, where all our employees can perform and grow.
