Responsibilities:

  • Solving problems at the project level.
  • Independently writing less complex, high-quality, and maintainable code.
  • Independently creating a high-level design meeting bar of design tenets.
  • Achieving operational excellence at the project level.
  • Create a project plan and meet project timelines.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of work experience.
  • Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java and Node.js .
  • Must know object-oriented concepts, system design and architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Expertise in using Vibe coding tools/IDEs (Cline, Cursor, Antigravity, Kiro).
  • Must know best-in-class coding guidelines - code review process, code branching strategies, naming conventions, logging, etc.
  • Ability to understand high-level design and perform low-level design.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG architecture, building, and deploying agents is a plus.
  • Experience with NextJS and React is a plus.
