You'll be responsible for translating what clinicians need into what engineers build.\nIn this role you will\nOwn the product roadmap across our clinical and infrastructure products\nRun discovery with clinicians and partners to translate needs into product requirements\nDefine and prioritize features across detection, alerting, visualization, workflow, and more\nWork directly with ML and platform engineers on technical tradeoffs and model behavior\nCoordinate with regulatory and quality teams to ensure product decisions align with submission and safety constraints\nShip product in short cycles with a small, fast-moving team\nYour background looks something like\n4+ years of product management in a technically complex and/or fast-moving domain\nComfort working directly with engineering teams on system design and technical tradeoffs\nExperience with clinical or regulated products (FDA or equivalent)\nStrong written communication \nAbility to move fast and independently\nNice to have\nClinical domain knowledge in neurology or critical care\nExperience with real-time or streaming data products\nBackground in ML-powered products where model behavior is a core product surface\nFamiliarity with FDA clearance processes\nAbout Us\nWe are building a first-of-its-kind foundation model for electrophysiological brain data.
