Interaction\nMaintain and develop relationships with key customers within the assigned area.\nLead or support contract negotiations with customers.\nPeople Management\nEnsure clear communication of expectations, objectives, and alignment with company strategy.\nMonitor sales representatives’ activities in terms of coverage, efficiency, and performance.\nFoster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders such as pricing and demand planning.\nKey Competencies & Skills\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong sales and commercial acumen.\nKnowledge of sales planning and execution.\nUnderstanding of offer positioning and pricing strategies.\nContract negotiation skills (internal and external).\nTerritory and network development knowledge.\nUnderstanding of automotive market dynamics.\nProject & Process Knowledge\nAbility to develop and execute sales plans.\nStrong analytical and performance monitoring capabilities.\nExperience in customer relationship management
