The role focuses on supporting Operational Excellence initiatives through the development of performance cockpits, KPI frameworks, and analytical models used to measure the adoption and effectiveness of digital finance solutions. You will also explore how AI and digital tools can improve analysis, reporting, automation, and decision-making across the Finance organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in real transformation projects within an international environment.\nWHAT YOU WILL LEARN\nYou will collaborate with your tutor in:\nDeveloping and maintaining KPI dashboards and performance cockpits using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools.\nAnalyzing operational and process data to monitor adoption, performance, and business impact of Finance Transformation initiatives.\nUsing AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI solutions, to support analysis, reporting, and knowledge sharing.\nDesigning performance measurement frameworks and translating data into clear insights for business stakeholders and management.\nSupporting process improvement and automation initiatives across Finance processes.\nGaining exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP, Serrala, and Tungsten, and understanding how global transformation programs are designed, measured, and implemented.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nDegree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or other STEM disciplines.\nFluency in English and Italian.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Python for data analysis or automation.\nFamiliarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools is considered a plus.\nAnalytical mindset and good communication skills with a proactive mindset\nInterest in Artificial Intelligence,
