Working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, external contractors, and regulatory authorities, you will coordinate inspections, maintenance activities, technical documentation, and legal compliance, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational reliability.\nYOUR CORE ACTIVITIES\nMaintain the complete inventory and registration of all ISCIR-regulated equipment and installations.\nCoordinate the registration of equipment with the Territorial ISCIR Authority and ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements.\nEnsure the safe and compliant operation of ISCIR equipment, including forklifts, cranes, elevators, steam boilers, steam pipelines, pressure vessels, and other regulated installations.\nCoordinate the installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, modification, and replacement of ISCIR equipment and components in accordance with technical regulations.\nEnsure that all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities are performed by authorized personnel and certified contractors.\nMonitor the technical condition of equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance, periodic inspections, and statutory technical verifications.\nPrepare equipment and technical documentation for official ISCIR inspections and actively participate during verification activities.\nMaintain accurate technical records, equipment registers, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.\nEnsure the availability and proper implementation of operating instructions and technical documentation for all ISCIR equipment.\nCoordinate communication with ISCIR authorities regarding registrations, inspections, incidents, accidents, or technical non-conformities.\nRecommend the shutdown of equipment whenever safety, maintenance, or legal compliance requires it.\nInvestigate equipment failures and support accident investigations by providing technical information to the relevant authorities.\nMonitor the implementation of corrective actions resulting from technical inspections and verification reports.\nPrevent the operation of ISCIR equipment by unauthorized personnel.\nEnsure the company's full compliance with ISCIR legislation, technical prescriptions, and regulatory requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve the reliability, safety, and operating conditions of ISCIR equipment.\nMaintain an up-to-date record of authorized operators and coordinate the renewal of ISCIR certifications and authorizations.\nDeliver technical guidance and training to employees regarding the safe operation of ISCIR-regulated equipment.\nPrepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc technical reports related to ISCIR activities, equipment status, and fleet repair activities.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nStrong knowledge of Romanian ISCIR legislation and technical regulations.\nExperience coordinating the maintenance, inspection, and operation of ISCIR-regulated equipment.\nGood understanding of industrial maintenance processes and technical documentation.\nAbility to coordinate multiple activities while ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk prevention.\nGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and regulatory authorities.\nAbility to prepare technical documentation, reports, and compliance records.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nWHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, or a related technical field.\nISCIR authorization according to the applicable Romanian legislation.\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience working with lifting equipment, pressure vessels, steam systems, boilers, or industrial utilities.\nExperience coordinating external contractors and regulatory inspections.\nKnowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies and asset management systems.\nA continuous improvement mindset with a strong commitment to workplace safety.\nAPPLY NOW.
