Within a highly digitalized and innovative environment, the site drives innovation across product development and manufacturing, combining technological excellence with a strong focus on sustainability and workplace quality, rethinking even traditional industrial spaces through more open and light-filled environments.\nWHY JOIN US\nWe are offering a rewarding role with scope for career progression along with:\nInternational, engaging, and supportive working environment.\nPersonal and professional development.\nYOUR CORE ACTIVITIES\nSupports the area manager in the actions necessary to achieve the targets.\nContributes to the continuous improvement of the production process and to the training of people and their correct allocation within the production department and deployment.\nMonitors the department's KPIs (e.g.: volumes, waste, etc.); proposes improvement actions focused on the flexibility and productivity of the department and improvement actions aimed at optimizing production, in compliance with product safety and quality standards.\nInteracts with the other functions of the Plant (in particular Minifactory Manager, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and Quality) in order to design and implement improvement projects at a technical and organizational level.\nSupports activities aimed at achieving PME (Continuous Improvement) targets.\nPeople management: absenteeism, safety, meritocracy, evaluation.\nHSE: Supervises and monitors the correct observance of safety rules (in charge) and implements corrective actions.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nEngineering Master’s degree.\nBetween 3 and 5 years of experience in similar roles is required.\nGood knowledge of the English language.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and methods.\nCommunication and Leadership.\nWHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION\nTeamworking.\nExcellent analytical skills.\nResult orientation.\nProblem Solving.\nCOMPENSATION PACKAGE\nThe employment contract will be regulated by “Gomma Plastica” National Collective Bargaining Agreement.\nThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 55.000.\nThe Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.\nThe position’s compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
