This role is responsible for the operational and managerial coordination of production and maintenance activities in a high-automation department, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of production and automation systems, product quality, and compliance with safety regulations.\nKey responsibilities include:\nCoordinate daily production and automation activities, ensuring alignment with production plans and quality standards\nOrganize preventive and corrective maintenance in collaboration with the technical team to minimize machine downtime\nDeal with suppliers and engineering department (at Plant and HQ level) in order to implement new procedures on automated systems, analyze problems and facilitate the conduction of machines\nManage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift planning to ensure operational continuity\nTrack and analyze production data and automatic systems, activating escalation procedures for complex technical issues\nEnsure adherence to operational procedures and workplace safety regulations\nSupervise, motivate, and support the growth of production and maintenance staff, including training and upskilling initiatives.Facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaborate with HR to manage disciplinary actions and resolve operational conflicts\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, Management)\n1-3 years of experience in industrial production/maintenance with leadership roles\nDeep knowledge of production processes\nProficiency in management software and reporting tools\nWHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION\nExcellent organizational and planning abilities\nStrong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills\nCOMPENSATION PACKAGE\nThe employment contract will be regulated by “Gomma Plastica” National Collective Bargaining Agreement\nThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 32.000\nThe Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications\nThe position’s compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
