The mission is to enhance safety and driving experience by creating state-of-the-art technologies that empower vehicles to navigate diverse driving conditions with optimal stability and control.\nYOU CORE ACTIVITIES\nProject Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for vehicle stability and control systems projects. define project tasks and resource requirements\nStakeholder Management: Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, progress, and addressing any concerns or changes proactively. manage project budget\nRisk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to project execution and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.\nBudget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met, and resources are utilized efficiently.\nQuality Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality control processes, ensuring that vehicle stability and control system solutions meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations.\nTechnical Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of automotive engineering, vehicle dynamics, stability control, automotive embedded SW with related V-cycle development processes and related technologies to provide guidance and support to the project team.\nInnovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging novel ideas and creative problem-solving.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nMaster’s degree in electronic engineering or mechanical engineering.\n5-10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on automotive projects on automotive electronic systems.\nStrong technical knowledge of automotive technologies, software integration, multiple parties projects, A-SPICE, Functional safety and Cybersecurity methodologies.\nDemonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.\nPrior experience in interfacing OEM customers and external partners\nExcellent proficiency in English.\nWHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION\nProject Management (PM) certification is required.\nExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards project objectives.\nStrong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent decision-making abilities.\nCOMPENSATION PACKAGE\nThe employment contract will be regulated by “Gomma Plastica” National Collective Bargaining Agreement\nThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 50,000.\nThe Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications\nThe position’s compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
