A German phone number (+49) will call you to schedule a first interview.\nThe Auto Sales Department is looking for a Sales Representative in Czech Republic\nMISSIONS\nReporting to the Sales Manager, your objective will be to promote the Pirelli brand through various distribution channels, with a view to optimizing sales and developing the customer portfolio, in line with the sales and marketing strategy established by management. The main tasks are as follows:\nActively manage existing customers and develop their business potential.\nIdentify and acquire new customers among tyre service centres, vehicle dealers, wholesalers and other business partners.\nVisit customers regularly and identify new business opportunities.\nTake responsibility for achieving sales, revenue and margin targets within the assigned region.\nPresent the company’s product portfolio and introduce new products to the market.\nNegotiate commercial terms in line with company strategy.\nMonitor the market, competitors, price levels and customer activities.\nSupport marketing and sales campaigns.\nUse the CRM system and provide regular reports on sales activities.\nHandle customer commercial and logistics requirements in cooperation with internal departments.\nContribute to the preparation of sales plans and forecasts.\nPROFILE\nYou have a completed university degree and at least three years of professional experience in a sales role. Previous experience in the automotive, aftermarket or tyre industry is a significant advantage.\nWell-versed in sales and negociation techniques, you have strong analitycal and communication skills and are able to conduct negociations independently and successfully close deals.\nYou are results-oriented, proactive and customer-focused, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and take responsability.\nYou are a team player with the ability to build long-term relationships and cooperate effectively across the organization.
