We bring together creative thinking and an entrepreneurial approach to\nbuilding brands.\nPosition Overview:\nWe are seeking an organized, proactive Creative Operations & Project Manager to manage creative\nworkflows, asset production, and project timelines across Pistola and Daze.\nThis cross-functional role connects Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce, and external partners, keeping\nprojects moving from initial brief through final delivery. You will oversee the day-to-day coordination of\nasset creation and post-production, partner with Marketing and the Art Director on photoshoot production,\nand support broader project management needs across both brands.\nThe ideal candidate understands fashion production cycles, anticipates next steps, and brings structure and\nclear communication to a fast-moving creative environment.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage creative projects from brief to delivery, establishing timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and approval deadlines across both brands.\nCoordinate asset creation for e-commerce, email, paid media, organic social, wholesale, seasonal lookbooks, and brand campaigns.\nManage creative intake and prioritize requests in partnership with Marketing and Creative, ensuring briefs are complete and teams have what they need to execute.\nMaintain Asana as the central source for project status, deliverables, feedback, and deadlines.\nCoordinate internal designers, copywriters, and external creative partners, balancing workloads and flagging scheduling conflicts or resource needs.\nSupport cross-functional project tracking across both brands, keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, dependencies, and next steps.\nPartner with Marketing and the Art Director to plan and execute campaign, lookbook, and e-commerce photoshoots.\nCoordinate casting, talent availability, crew, locations, schedules, and production logistics in alignment with approved creative direction and budgets.\nServe as a production contact for photographers, agents, digital teams, and other external partners, aligning everyone on shoot requirements, deliverables, and timing.\nCoordinate with internal teams on shot lists, product readiness, samples, and channel-specific asset needs.\nProvide on-set production support to help keep shoots organized, on schedule, and aligned with planned deliverables.\nManage photo and video post-production workflows, including selects, retouching, editing, review rounds, and final delivery.\nConsolidate feedback from internal stakeholders and communicate clear, actionable direction to external partners.\nTrack asset versions and approvals, ensuring final deliverables meet the brief, technical specifications, and launch deadlines.\nPartner with E-Commerce and Digital teams to confirm asset formats, crops, naming conventions, and handoff requirements.\nMaintain an organized digital asset library so approved files are current, accessible, and easy to locate.\nWho You Are:\nExperienced: 8+ years in creative project management, creative operations, or production, ideally within fashion, retail, or e-commerce.\nProduction-savvy: Hands-on experience coordinating photoshoots and managing photo and video post-production with internal teams and external partners.\nHighly organized: Comfortable managing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and detailed timelines across two brands.\nProactive: Able to anticipate dependencies, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues before they affect delivery.\nCollaborative: A clear, confident communicator who builds strong working relationships and keeps teams accountable.\nTool-proficient: Strong working knowledge of Asana or a similar project management platform, digital asset management systems, and creative review workflows.
