Our assemblies consistently set the standard because our people consistently raise the bar.\nWhy Piston Automotive?\nCompetitive Wages, Paid Holidays & Vacation, Medical & Rx Plans, Dental & Vision Plans, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Employee Assistance Program, Life & Disability Coverage, 401K with Company Match, Tuition Reimbursement , Vehicle and Product Discounts\nResponsibilities\nEducates employees on plant safety requirements and ensures all policies and procedures are being followed when working on the plant floor.\nReviews daily production requirements and aligns manpower to run assembly operations safely and in the most efficient manner.\nEnsures all production employees are trained in accordance with and following standard work instructions.\nManages, motivates, and leads production employees to ensure production requirements are met within quality standards and in accordance with customer delivery schedules.\nConducts shift meetings to review daily activity and to ensure appropriate communications take place between shifts.\nCoaches, counsels, and administers corrective actions to production employees in the enforcement of plant policies, procedures, and plant rules.\nMonitors equipment and progress to schedule attainment and resolves any issues.\nCompletes daily safety, production, and quality reports, as required.\nEnsures employees time and attendance are accurate in the system\nDrives continuous improvement initiatives regarding all plant operations.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nQualifications\nFour years of experience as a Production Supervisor or related experience\nBachelor's degree (B. A.)
