You would help ensure each project is delivered to the highest quality standards and within its established objectives.\nYour Responsibilities\nProduction planning and tracking\nCreate, update and maintain detailed schedules, ensuring milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently.\n\nMonitor show progress, anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans.\n\nAdjust weekly targets based on project needs and team feedback.\n\nSchedule and run efficient dailies.\n\nIdentify bottlenecks, dependencies and cross-department workflow issues-such as render, farm or task-related challenges-and escalate them to the appropriate leads.\n\nCommunication with clients and teams\nOrganize and support show reviews with internal teams and clients.\n\nManage deliveries and communicate potential project risks early.\n\nPrepare and distribute weekly status reports to clients and stakeholders.\n\nSupport the supervision team in client presentations with clear, up-to-date project information.\n\nFacilitate communication across departments so all teams have the information they need.\n\nOperational management and continuous improvement\nCommunicate resourcing needs to the VFX Producer and anticipate future show requirements.\n\nOversee time and overtime tracking alongside Production Coordinators.\n\nProactively ensure the materials, data and resources needed for each stage of production are available.\n\nEnsure Production Coordinators and Production Assistants keep tasks current in the tracking system and follow studio processes.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, costs and tools without compromising final quality.\n\nDocument lessons learned with the VFX Producer and help apply best practices to future projects.\n\nEnsure safety protocols established by the VFX Producer and VFX Supervisor are followed.\n\nTeam leadership\nLead and support the Coordinators and Assistants assigned to the show.\n\nHelp onboard new team members and support their integration into the project’s processes and objectives.\n\nProvide constructive feedback, support junior team members’ development and foster a positive, collaborative working environment.\n\nMotivate the team to achieve shared goals, recognize contributions and represent FOLKS’ values.\n\n Previous VFX production management experience, ideally in film, television or advertising.\n\nSolid understanding of the VFX production pipeline and cross-department coordination.\n\nExperience with production-tracking tools such as ShotGrid.\n\nStrong organizational, prioritization and problem-solving skills.\n\nClear, collaborative communication skills with both internal teams and clients.\n\nAbility to work to demanding deadlines and manage multiple production priorities.\n\nProfessional fluency in English.
