You are comfortable working with engineers, architects, product leaders, and security teams to ensure AI capabilities are delivered responsibly, efficiently, and at scale.\nYou Will\nOwn and manage the backlog and delivery cadence for one or more AI product teams, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and quarterly goals.\nPartner with engineering, product, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to define outcomes, priorities, and delivery plans.\nTranslate strategic objectives and evolving business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable work for development teams.\nDefine success criteria for AI-powered capabilities, including evaluation methods, governance requirements, performance expectations, observability, and operational readiness.\nPrioritize work across multiple stakeholders while balancing business value, technical considerations, and delivery commitments.\nMaintain visibility into platform capabilities, integrations, tools, and governance requirements.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they remain effective and focused.\nMonitor delivery health through key metrics such as velocity, cycle time, backlog readiness, and dependency management.\nProactively identify and remove obstacles that impact delivery, coordinating across teams to keep work progressing smoothly.\nSupport estimation, roadmap planning, and scope discussions in an environment that balances innovation with execution.\nCoordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure integrations, dependencies, and shared deliverables are planned and managed effectively.\nPartner with architects and engineering leaders to translate technical decisions into deliverable outcomes.\nMaintain traceability between business requirements, technical implementation, and delivered AI functionality.\nSupport AI governance activities, including model reviews, data handling considerations, human-in-the-loop workflows, audit readiness, and change management.\nMonitor platform performance, model utilization, and cost considerations to support informed decision-making.\nLead proof-of-concept efforts as structured experiments with clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and documented recommendations.\nServe as a trusted source of delivery status, priorities, and progress across product, engineering, and security stakeholders.\nYou Bring\n5+ years of experience in technical product ownership, technical program management, engineering delivery, or a similar software leadership role.\nExperience owning and prioritizing a product backlog in an Agile environment.\nExperience delivering AI/ML or LLM-powered capabilities into production environments.\nStrong understanding of modern AI application patterns, including prompting, RAG, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.\nTechnical fluency with APIs, integrations, authentication models, and software architecture concepts.\nExperience facilitating Scrum or Kanban practices across distributed teams.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.\nThe ability to balance competing priorities and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.\nComfort operating in fast-paced environments where experimentation, learning, and adaptation are part of the process.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Amazon Bedrock/AgentCore, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI Agent Builder, or similar AI platforms.\nExperience designing evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems.\nFamiliarity with enterprise data platforms, data governance, and AI governance practices.\nExperience working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments.\nBackground in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or B2B SaaS.\nAgile certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, CSM, PSM, or SAFe.\nCompensation: The wage range for this position is $172,000-$192,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.\nLocation: This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in the Shelton, CT office required.
