Your work directly enhances the client experience, strengthens long-term- relationships, and keeps essential mailing and shipping operations running smoothly across a diverse customer base.\nThis is a remote, field-based- role with your primary service area located within 2 hours of Natchitoches, LA. Your clients in your territory are mainly focused in the following areas: Natchitoches, Shreveport, Monroe, Ruston, Lufkin and Nacogdoches. Occasional travel outside this radius may be required. No relocation assistance offered.\nThe wage range for this position is $22-$24 per hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as it relates to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.\nYou will enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule aligned with traditional business hours, with overtime opportunities available.\nIn addition, this role includes a 10% incentive on any service or parts sales you present to clients-giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings through your expertise and client rapport.\nYou can become eligible for a company car after 6 months of employment (based on availability).\nYou will be supporting clients who rely on Pitney Bowes technology to keep their operations running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and hands-on- technical work while interacting directly with customers.\nWhat You will Do\nIn this role, you will combine technical skills, customer service, and independent problem-solving- to support our full suite of mailing and shipping technologies-from Inserters to Smart Lockers. You will:\nManage a multi zip- -code territory within 2 hours of Natchitoches, LA or surrounding areas with up to 80% driving time.\nDiagnose, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks.\nInstall, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use.\nUse hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations.\nMaintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.\nYou will thrive in this role if you:\nEnjoy working with and repairing mechanical or electrical components.\nAre comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field.\nAre you motivated by the opportunity to earn additional income through service and parts sales.\nCan lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods.\nHave a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.\nAre familiar with Windows, PCs, and basic networking (preferred)\nHave experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment (preferred)\nSponsorship: Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
