You will also review functional requirements, discuss with stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve any production issues.\nThe Job\nReview requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback\nContribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.\nWrite well designed, testable, efficient code.\nEnsure designs are in compliance with specifications.\nPrepare and produce releases of software components.\nLiaise with internal teams (e.g. QA and product managers) to identify system requirements\nSupport continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.\nTrack bugs raised by QA team and fix them.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\nThis role requires a talented self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and the following skills:\nMust have\nProven work experience in software development\nStrong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools and processes\nExperience in writing code as per requirement.\nHands-on experience with writing good unit tests.\nHands-on experience on Java, Springboot and React.Js is a must.\nExperience on AWS will be added advantage.\nGood to have knowledge of PostgresSQL.\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development process\nBS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject\nThe Team\nPitney Bowes (NYSE: PBI) is a global shipping and mailing company that provides technology, logistics, and financial services to more than 90 percent of the Fortune 500.
